The Ghost Lore:
According to urban legend, a young boy was playing alone in the
church when he happened upon an escaped convict hiding behind
the back pew. The lad was brutally stabbed to death, and
in the struggle he left bloody handprints on the church wall.
Some witnesses claim to have encountered cold spots in the
building and to have heard scratching sounds coming from the
walls. Supposedly, others have seen apparitions of the
young boy and the murderer wandering outside near the church and
the cemetery.
