The Reputed
History:
This property was
originally owned by nuns and sold to Concordia
University. Concordia later moved their campus from
downtown Milwaukee to this location in Mequon. Legend has
it that one of the nuns, Sister Sixtoes, refused to move and
eventually died where the chapel is today. Allegedly, she
haunts the chapel and other buildings, including Augsburg,
Coburg, and Katharine.
