Hey Nancy,

I have been in contact with Arthur and he stated that on Friday July 4th about 5:30 AM he noticed a thunderstorm report heading his way.  He went to his shed to watch it at about 7:40 AM.  He then noticed the wind blowing several braches and twigs from some nearby trees.  He then saw the wind make these three circles in his wheat field. He described it a waves passing on a lake.  The winds were moving south to north.  Many news crews have been there but no researchers. I have an appointment to meet him on Sunday Morning. Should I get soil and crop samples for you?
